Located in Duzce near Akcakoca region, our factory is furnished with the latest modern equipment and technology. The processing unit includes Helius and Nimbus laser sorters which eliminates foreign material and physically defected hazelnuts.
S.E.P.’s primary objective of producing best quality hazelnuts is served by means of continuous roasting with indirect hot air, utilizing the Proctor roasters. Dicing and packaging utilities are customized to meet a wide range of alternatives and enable the swift management of customer specifications. The main machines used at the heart of production are 2 Proctor machines with total capacity of 5 m/tons per hour, 3 sorter machines and a paste machine. The layout of the plant is organized to meet the safety and hygiene conditions recommended by food technicians.
